hey everyone. as most americans know, we’re less than 2 days away from july 4th, our national holiday to overuse fireworks while complaining about destroying the o-zone with fossil fuels. anyway.

whether you’re from america or not, why not create a quick fireworks demonstration? I’d like to see some from all programmers, from newbies to veterans, just for fun! and hey, I’ll showcase each entry on a special page on javaunlimited.net along with your name and a link to your site! can’t beat free plugs!

just post a link on this thread! make the most extravagent eye-exhausting explosion possible. it’s environmentally friendly! ;D

Damnit, you’re the second person to say that, and I can’t see how that can actually happen. If you can find the webstart logs can you spot a line saying “Running in windowed mode” near the start? I can only imagine that the command line arg isn’t getting to the app somehow.

Er, I guess I should start my own topic for this… And wheres everyone elses eh?

I was originally going to that thing a 4k applet, but it was just TOO easy. :wink:

wow, lazy person I am. I didnt even code one myself. but I’ve been busy with something I think you’re all going to enjoy (nothing to do with this thread though)

Mine is lame by comparison… but it only took me a few minutes…

Rename attachment to .jar (we really need to have .zip and .jar made allowable extensions.)
