Kill The Ex is the first game I’m making , I’m making it for fun and to learn game programming.
The goal of the game, yes you guesed right, is to kill your ex!
The game is in early development and I want to know what you guys think of it so far,which sprites I should improve or replace, how the gameplay feels ,bugs, etc.
Controls:
Arrow keys - to move
Space - jump
R - restart level
I like the death animation 
That’s fun. Please add some more levels even if they suck. Make sure the player can’t walk off the edge of the level. And the grass looks weird, the pattern is too repetitive and ends up looking like it has zigzags on it. A quick way to make it look nicer would be to make the background scroll slower then the foreground, and perhaps make the clouds slowly float across the sky. That would make it a bit more lively.

I’m planning to start making the levels, the level now is not an actual level its just for testing.
I’ll try to make the grass look better, and about the background I was just planning to do it.
