This is a crosspost… shame on me. Several users haven’t been able to subscribe to the jsr231 mailing list. See:

Sorry about all the confusion. It looks like there was a bug in the permissions for the mailing lists so they were only accessible to Developers. This seems to be fixed so please try again and post if you’re still having problems.
I still don’t see any mailing lists on the JOGL project page.
I have Observer status.

Same for me. I still don’t see any mailing lists.

Fourth one down under project tools? I’m not logged in and it is still there. You really are not missing much. All you really find out is that Ken checks in code at all hours of the day. So much so that I don’t think he sleeps. He may be a robot.
I’m logged in and observer and when i click the mailing list link I get the message:
There are no mailing lists for this project.
That’s the problem.

Indeed. Are you sure you are logged in? A while back I had firefox set to reject all cookies and that prevented me from being logged in. Otherwise I would say something on Sun’s end is meesed up.
There is an apparent bug in the java.net software where only Developers, not Observers, can see project-private mailing lists. I’ve filed a bug about this but have worked around it by making the mailing lists non-private. Currently GKW is right that the only significant traffic is to the cvs mailing list, but that might be because very few people have been able to subscribe to them until now. Please join any of the mailing lists you’re interested in. This forum will remain the primary discussion area for the project.
P.S. I’m not going to confirm or deny any rumors that I am a robot, but if it turns out that I am then I want the Turing award.
Hurray, it works
