JOGL JWS server down?

Are the servers providing Java Web Start .jnlp and .jar files for JOGL down? Or have the adresses changed without notice? Nether http://download.java.net/media/jogl/builds/archive/jsr-231-webstart-current/jogl.jnlp nor http://download.java.net/media/jogl/builds/archive/jsr-231-1.1.0/webstart/jogl.jnlp are currently working.

it seems like the whole http://download.java.net server is down

Yes, the download.java.net server is down, breaking many projects including jogl. The administrators have been notified and hopefully it will be back up soon.
