I took the old style sliding tile puzzle game and turned it into a head to head online challenge.
There are 114 beautiful pictures to choose from to play with. Everything from my dog Jeuno to mountain scenery, trees and water, golf courses, flowers and gardens, and final fantasy 11 screen shots.
The game is in Java Applet form and has chat capability.

I tried out the link and the applet loaded, asking for my name but when I pressed enter and then pressed the button nothing happened?
I’m on windowxs XP with java 6, if that helps.

Hey Keith. I was working on the game yesterday and was restarting the game server a lot so you probably just caught me in the middle of development. Try closing all your browsers to clear your applet cache and give it another go. If it still doesnt work then the port the game uses might blocked by a firewall on your side. This is just the beta version and it still needs a lot of work; I think a good next task would be to have it display a message when the server is down lol. 8)
Alternativly, there is a one player version of the game you can play by going to my homepage www.Jeuno.ca, selecting a picture you like, then clicking the “Jumble this picture” link at the bottom
*update: the applet now displays a message if it can’t connect to the server after about 30 seconds of trying.
