I am a new programmer… is there any softwere that can help me program a mmorpg game like runescape? I have been using dreamweaver for all my html web programming and would think there is a softwere close to it for java.

(1) HTML is a markup language and not a programming language, so writing it is not programming.
(2) There are no WYSIWYG-wizards for programming (except for laying out GUI components).
(3) You will need 6-12 months of training before being able to make a simple game (Tetris, Pong etc.).
(4) MMORPGs are hard to make.

Well short of payign them enough money they give you teh cdoe to Runescape? No.
If you dont want to learn to program, which is a lot of work, id suggest you set your sites a lot lower, perhapse at a group-game and buy Neverwinter Nights.
