thank you, but why do the upgrade major version so quick ? there is something fishy about this, why not use 1.5.1
1.5 ( or 5.0 ) is very very very buggy, they add bugy so fast, i cant add the bugfixes and hotfixes to my applet grrrrrrrrr

Try reading the java news sites, or even the annoucements on java.sun.com. They’ve been very open the last 4 months on why they’re changing their release strategies and how. Only time will tell if it turns out to be a good idea in practice, but you ought to be able to find a lot of noise on the topic at the moment, even if most people are not yet commenting on it (want to wait and see how the first 9 months of this new strategy turn out, I think…)
