I’m starting to learn about possible technologies I could use to write an IM client for J2ME such as JXTA for J2ME (JXME) or Jabber.
I’ve seen one or two IM clients for mobile phones but there doesn’t seem to be that many and I just wondered if anybody here had any experience with either using a good IM client or has attempted to write one.
Now that new devices are getting somequite impressive specs its surely only a matter of time before some decent IM software starts appearing for mobile phones.
I’d be interested to hear peoples views on this topic.
