Is this a place where I can ask for help on Android OpenGL ES?

I do know that Android API specifics are not entirely allowed. I tend to see that OpenGL-related Java topics around, and since Android has a built-in OpenGL ES and can be developed in Java, would OpenGL ES topics/questions be allowed in this forum?

OpenGL ES is basically just a trimmed down version of OpenGL.
