Is it possible to add a General Java talk forum?

There are a lot of interesting non gaming Java stuff that’s going on.
A general Java forum would be very useful to discuss things like general Java development.

I think this is not the place for that. We already have the forums at java.sun.com.

Agreed. There are really too many forums here already IMO. Some of them need to be consolidated.
