Iron Rift is an Economic RTS. Construct a ship from scratch using modular parts, trade with major factions (or pirates), or assemble a fleet and conquer entire planets!
Tachyon Entertainment, that’s us. My name’s Micah, I do the art. My friend Dylan does the programming. I’ll post here with news and replies to questions you may have. Now for more on the game:
In I.R., you’ll start out with a simple ship and some cash. Trade between planets by shipping goods such as Gems, Bionics and Machinery. When you amass enough cash, you’ll be able to build some buildings on a planet, letting you step into the production queue and make your own goods. Build a shipyard to access the faction’s ship styles and build your own ships from a selection of modular parts which you can put together and use for trading or for battles!
