I had no idea these things existed! I would have got one last year if I’d known!
These things run on linux, come with a java vm, c/c++ compilers, jikes for java, text editors, an SDL port, a trolltech Qt gui lib, a 640x480 display, the keyboard slides out.

And Sharp is discontinuing them in the US… its a shame. Oh, well, I’m ordering mine today!
They really are like carrying around a linux terminal in your hand. It’ll run almost anything you can throw at it. I have had mine running a Java IRC server without problems. ;D
