HUD exception....

When I try the following, creating a Frame that is undecorated, i get the following exception…thoughts??


public class JournalPageHUD extends Frame implements WidgetActionListener,
		WidgetStateListener, DialogListener, FrameListener {
	
        Panel p = null;

	public JournalPageHUD(int frameIndex) {

		super(new Panel(512, 512, true),false, "Multi Frame #" + frameIndex);
