“guest” should work. And I don’t think a password is needed.

Yeah somehow stupid, that it only shows this information when logged in :-\
Source is included with the normal download (for that particular version), but if you want the absolute latest, here’s some info I wrote a while ago:

I think we should split the toolkit into small manageable HOWTOs. It seemed all messed up (a bit of tips everywhere), not practically organized and searchable…
