I have read Showcase rules and Featured Showcase rules which says that I have to request in the same showcase thread but I am still confused. Can someone actually make it clear on how I can request to feature my game?
You don’t.
You can request to move it from WIP to Showcase, so “still doing” to “done”, but featured is just for games that somebody (Riven probably) thinks are worth it…

Page at this link says:
“To request your game to be featured, simply do so (once) in your existing Showcase thread.”
If we are not allowed to request, what does this line mean?
Then do that. Just once as it says, and don’t expect that this will automatically make it happen.
I don’t want to sound harsh here- but are you sure your games are ready for the featured board?
I’m not sure a clone of an Orsinal game is really feature material- unless maybe you got the original developer’s blessing? You might also worry about copyright infringement.
Again, I don’t want to sound harsh- but this forum isn’t really a huge source of game traffic. You’ve only made 6 posts here- 3 of which were to link to a game, 1 was this post, and the other 2 were replies to your own topics. You might have better luck if you actually engaged with the community instead of just copy-pasting links and then asking to be featured?
I’m seriously not trying to sound discouraging or overly critical. Your games look well-polished, and that’s great. But if you look at other games that have been featured, you don’t see a lot of clones in there, and the more successful posts are by members who have taken the time to interact and comment on games posted by other people- your approach comes off as a little dismissive, which makes it harder for people to take seriously.

We used to have a couple of people who would “rate” the game and decide. Not sure that exists anymore.
I thought the featured board was kinda open by now… not sure though. Maybe Riven was just deciding on his own in every case ? Not sure.
My guess is requesting to get featured isn’t a “sure” thing, it’s more a “hey guys, I’m ready to be seriously considered”. If it was a simple matter of just requesting it, then every single game in showcase would be featured.
But, from what I’ve seen, I think Riven (and possibly Jimmt or kappa?) just move games over there they like.
It’s an uncoordinated, rather arbitrary process, highly prone to bribery. $_$
As I cannot read each and every post (mommy knows I try…), a PM is the most effective way to bring your game under the attention of those in control of said process.

But I think you mis-assumed some things.
First of all, i never said if that I want my game to be featured and I didn’t even mention any of my game. I was reading the post and I found that line which was very confusing so I decided to ask here.
Secondly, you mentioned copyright infringement, which takes me to the assumption that you didn’t actually play the game. If you look carefully, you will observe that the art is actually a lot different than the original game and Google Play has published the game after verification which means there shouldn’t be any doubts about copyright.
