How do I go about programming a "hangman&quot

Can anyone tell me hoe I would go about the programming of a java hangman game?

Thanks!

Jasper

Draw the frames, write the programm, compile it and then you’re done.

Silly question - silly answer. :stuck_out_tongue:

It is kind of a broad question–what problems do you have specifically? First you should write the game logic–i.e. the rules of the game. You’ll probably want to create a text file with a list of words or phrases that your program will read in. Then it’ll choose a random phrase to display and draw the corresponding number of ___ to indicate how many letters there are. You’ll also need a way to get user input. What part of this process do you need help on?

oNyx is right. Don’t be offended but in order to get an answer you need to ask the right questions. Take another famous example: “How long is a piece of string?”

Start with something non-programming: write down the requirements of the game, the rules, write up the use cases.

you go about programming a hangman game by… burning the orginal copy of halo 2 and GTA: san andreas in a 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 degrees furnace!!!
