could I have the correct applications both client and server on hand (zipped)?? Because I’m interested in.
They probably will send a warning, but aren’t obliged to do so afaik.
I would send it to JAGeX since the customer support is most likely just a service provider with a FAQ 
Try to explain to them what you have done as your hobby project and that you are wondering if JAGeX sees legal problems with that. You can point out, that you are using runescape classic and that you checked the terms and services before but are now worried because they had changed in a way that might affect your hobby project. Ask them if they would be so kind to clearify the situation.
