hey, I wanted to try exaclty the same : 3D over a panorama for RC simulator, that’s give very good looking result for RC simulator, but it will be impressive only if it was running in an Applet ;), anyways it looks very well polished. nice !
That does look very cool. Haven’t seen 3d and panorama used like that before.

(quite old demo!) only the caractere is real 3d:
you can even change camera with key 1 & 2
