For my generel use this site http://www.cellphoto.net for uploading my pictures and java midlets to my cell phone.
The best feature in it is the java uploading, You upload the Jar file only no need for the Jad (descriptor) the site auto creates it
when you connect trough your cell phone WAP for download.
