Anybody here of this project before:
It looks like a pretty simple little sprite library built on top of AWT. Well, that’s my two minutes looking at javadocs evaluation. I’m kind of surprised though that I didn’t hear of it here first. I didn’t even find anything searching for the term “Genuts”. Anybody want to take credit for this?

Really? The Genuts website doesn’t mention John Hattan at all. It lists the team as Pierre Pintaric, Stephane Vinter, and Franck Balmoussière.
I guess what really surprised me was that they link to java-gaming.org on the website, but I’ve never heard the project so much as mentioned here. I figured if they were aware of this community, they might be a bit more vocal in it. At least to tout their own stuff.
