Hi I currently creating a simple login screen using fullscreen api the problem is it is just to mandane getting passed it all you have to do is alt+tab or any other means e.g. ctrl+esc just name a few.
how can I keep the app from lossing focus under all of the situations that can come up ?
p.s. the target pc is windows based so only windows keyboard shortcuts need apply for now but will need a fix for linux redhat too
You’re probably out of luck if you are trying to lock down the computer. You’d need something that was connected to JNI at the very least.

Locking-down a computer is only possible with the help of the OS.
In general, an OS is not going to give you that help, for obvious reasons (along the same reasons that NT-4 and above refuse to allow any application to trap ctrl-alt-del - to stop you from making a trojan that appears to be windows but isn’t, and masks out the real system, whilst capturing your passwords etc), although admin-configurable ones like linux give you the power to configure particular apps with that kind of priviledged power.
is it possible with other languages, C++ or will I just be wasting my time
