FGF players' portal: the paradise of Java open source games

Well the register page seems fine. But since its not English, I don’t understand those questions.

Worked fine on windows vista home premium 32bit. Instructions were in some wierd language…lol

He should have translated it into English, sorry.

Hi!

CyanPrime suggested to use CSS to improve the appearance of the FGF players’ portal. I have only a little time to spend in improving it but I will make an effort. If someone could explain to me which subset of CSS is really supported (and performs the same effect) on the major web browsers, it would help me a lot. I’m open to your suggestions.

There is no real straight forward answer there I’m afraid, but have a look at http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_reference.asp

That might give you a clue to what’s supported by each browser.

Thank you. I’m a newbie in CSS.

Which cool effects would you like to see on the FGF players’ portal?

Hi!

My hoster (Tuxfamily) plans to stop its activities. I have no other free open source hosting solution (except Sourfeforge but the FGF players’ portal can not be hosted by them) and the FGF players’ portal might have to stop its activities too :’( I’m really sorry. I will look for another portal to transfer all games on it, I think about the Java Game Tome as it is the best one.

The users are now redirected to the Java Game Tome. I’m waiting for some very small modifications to add all Java games of the FGF players’ portal and those of the first version of the JGT :

  • a field for the source code
  • a field for the license
  • a field or a way of adding videos
  • Facebook integration if possible
  • more serious tests (some games pretend to work under Linux whereas it is wrong)

I will not add TUER for the moment.

I hope we will be able to work together to avoid going to a blind alley…
