I know I didn’t post anything and didn’t work on it a long time.
I’m not very experienced with security. I can at least tell you that the
passwords are stored safely (hashed with salts). I recommend only
getting the launcher from my forum posts if you want to be 100% sure
but I don’t think that’s an issue right now. Since I have no mechanism
to auto-update the launcher you have to re-download it when I get
the hashing of the credentials done.
I think I’m going to work on it again in the near future, so this game
isn’t dead. And thank you Xolitude for pointing this security issue out.
P.S.: If you want to be safe just don’t use a password you use elsewhere.
