Drone Defense

Drone Defense is a classic Tower Defense game: place your towers against Drones and defend Earth!

This game is only an alpha, so graphic is not so cool, controls are not perfect and you cannot upgrade your towers too, be aware!

Very nice little game, downloaded and executed with no problems. One thing to note, the turrets miss the targets quite often when shooting, is this a bug or an intended feature? ;D

Not that many strategical options yet, just need to spam the first tower but besides that it works fine! Sounds sound good, sprites look good.

Just one thing, is the very (very) small radius of the freeze tower intentional?

@DrHalfway: they don’t miss target indeed :stuck_out_tongue: simply target move fast and enemies move too, I’ll investigate about this

What do you think about game balance? And maximum level reached?

Tried it out - works fine.

But please implement a Pause-function - I simply died the first time I started it because I was too slow with building towers.
Also, every time I tried to save money for the 2nd tier tower I simply died before I could build it :frowning:
And - make a way to sell towers for like 3/4 of their price - I used all slots up and couldn’t build anything.

Nice game, maybe make the initial delay before enemies start to come a bit longer to give players more time to think about what they need to do. As mentioned above a way to remove/sell towers would be nice and a possible further development could be to have difficulties depending on how much money you start with at the beginning of every round. Also, the map was slightly misleading as to which path the enemies would take, such as a gap between the grey rocks, but that might be intentional.

A nice game though, could become something really good.

sell tower is already on my way, I would like to put into gameplay after some levels, do you think is better from first level?
