Laudable and noble goals, however I believe you have them prioritized in reverse order.
Not really, he will make sandwiches first (then coffee (then world peace)) because drinking coffee on empty stomach is nay.
I think the other way around would be better, since individual taxes would further increase relative costs of employment (or reducing net salary of individuals - especially the not-so-well-educated parts of the society). This would lead to more outsourcing or automatisation where possible, which would lead to higher unemployment rates and a wider gap between the rich and the poor - which would lead to instability in the society, revolution, chaos, anarchy, killing kittens, you name it…
