I have an Inbox full of projects with no descriptions and no thread here.
From now on I will list any such orphans I find here. If there is no response in two weeks to the entry, I will cosnider the proposal moribund and delete it.
PLEASE check this list periodically if you are proposing a project even if you DO have a discussion thread because I am likely to make a mistake or two here and there.
