Typical! I finally get around to buying the original Code Complete 10 years after it’s published, then Mr McConnell goes and updates it ::slight_smile:

I wonder what extra material will be in there, considering the 10 year time span?

I think the .NET stuff is less than 10 years old…java is a bit older but still relatively young.
But if he is really just writing about non-programming-language-specific programming practices, then you might be OK… :wink:
