Can't set profile image

Are profile images disabled?

  1. Click “Profile”.
  2. Click “Forum profile information”.
  3. Select “I have my own picture” button.
  4. Paste link in the http field: https://i.snag.gy/QaYkn1.jpg
  5. Click “Change profile”.
  6. No image to be seen.
  7. ???

What am I doing wrong?

Use http, not https
