Blimey, that took a long time! We finished the game in about October, then we tweaked, added, then tweaked some more!

I think it’s a more complete, polished game for it though. Let’s hope that extra effort translates into sales, eh? :lol:

Basically, it’s Sokoban, but with enemies. And it gets quite hard! Stoo was the level design meister, revealing a sadistic tendency I never knew he had!

Please give it a go, I’d like to know what you think of it :slight_smile:

plays rather nice, however the game loading time was rather long took about 2 - 3 mins before game applet even started.
Also i think the game nag screen is used a bit too much, guess it would’nt be a nag screen if it wasn’t ;D maybe toning it down a bit might be better.

Not really my kind of game, but I’m sure it has the ingredients to do very well: it’s really well polished, it plays well, it’s all very nicely done!

Yeah the loading time is a problem…Cas mentioned writing a pre-loader, so at least something appears on the screen whilst the jar is loading.

It’s on my to-do list, along with bundling JVMs and making native code builds :slight_smile:

am using java 6 which gives a nice loading bar, but would probably just be a gray box on older versions.

Yeah, definitely needs the loading bar.
