I’m here to show off my first Java web game. In a tribute to Meatloaf, the aim is to guide a pixelly bat out from, well, hell. Rendered 1980s bleepy Spectrum style! hooray!

Nice helicopter remake, the music was entertaining (but probably only for those who know of meatloaf) and the style is good. I found it a little too difficult right off the bat, I would suggest making the start of the game easy then getting harder, but that might just be me.
Really cool! The background and all the little sprite/ characters look really cool. The rock foreground perhaps could be improved although its not too bad just very repetitive.
Good controls. I thought the level design was really good as you get those difficult areas where you really have to time your “fall” right.
I managed to get 399.

Ha ha that picture is awesome. I especially like the woman in the striped pink getup, just fully ignoring the bat.
