Hey, why are IP’s from National University of Singapore (172.21.137.xxx) banned? I like to browse this forum once in a while, but now I have to use a VPN client for my home uni 
I certainly never wrote anything here that would gain me a ban…
Probably some spammer used it

Nope, that IP string is not banned. However, they may be rerouted and are using an IP block from known spammers, which we have blocked. Until the new forums get up and online, we can’t get any more granular than that. Sorry :-[
