Are we eventually going to be able to use the old URL to access these new forums? (http://www.java-gaming.org/cgi-bin/JGNetForums/YaBB.cgi) or is the IP address permanent?
Looks like www.java-gaming.org works as expected.
all of that cgi-bin… guff was to do with the previous forum software anyway, so it’s not entirely surprising that it doesn’t work anymore.
Whoops, didn’t think of using just the base URL.
I would also like to see the web server return java-gaming.org as the domain, instead of displaying the IP address 192.18.37.44 in the address bar. This can be done by adjusting the apache configuration.
