As someone who joined the forum a few weeks ago: I don’t know how the medals are so important that I would care about giving them accidently.
The medal is not different from other site’s e-penis (what a word). In case you want to try it accidentally you can press mine ;D

I always make sure when I am in public I always have a very intense angry face >:( and always stare intently at them, concentrating to NOT smile :-X no matter what they do!
I don’t want anyone to get the wrong ideas if I were to smile :cranky:
That awkward moment when you finally smile at that person after conversing for hours with an angry face…even better if you then keep smiling after that. That person will be even more scared of you, than if you kept the angry face ^^
