Anyone Keen for CoD: Advanced Warfare?

As you all probably know, Advanced Warfare is coming out in a week and a half. I’m pretty excited! Is anyone getting the game on PC? If so, would you like to play together some time? Just thought it’d be more fun to play in a group while chatting :slight_smile:

How do you guys think the game will turn out? Revolutionary while keeping the elements that make Call of Duty fun as they advertise, or another disappointment like Ghosts?

Let’s be honest; All of these games are pretty much just polished DLCs of the last ::slight_smile:
The game isn’t worth all the little kids screaming at you that they had sex with your mother.

Not played a CoD game since number 2, I intend to keep it that way. Perfect example of a typical FPS ( that does nothing “ground breaking”) that just gets reskinned every release.

Even though it isn’t an FPS, this is exactly what happened in Civilization: Beyond Earth, much to my disappointment. People keep saying that it’s “innovative” and “not just a reskin” but they’re just grasping for straws. I thought that this was finally going to be the game that Firaxis went all out on, but no…they like their old civilization and their $60 DLC’s.

I am actually interested in this one, haven’t bought a CoD since modern warefare, the first one…so it’s been a while I’m going to see how it goes though, I also really don’t like purchasing games for $60 a pop

A bit off topic, but I just watched a video on the PC port. It looks like they actually didn’t completely screw up the port (had an FoV above 65 degrees, actual graphical options, rebindable keys, good performance, etc).

Can’t say anything about the game itself (although TotalBiscuit is “actually kind of digging” the new boost-dodge mechanic), but darn that options menu is surprising.
