I am about to purchase something from the Microsoft online store but I have been reading reviews about how many people have had shipping problems with them. The problem is, the sites that I went to to find the reviews seemed to be biased to only receive negative reviews (I mean why else would you review a store unless you had a bad experience with them). So I was just wondering how you guys’ experiences with the Microsoft store have gone. Negative or positive reviews are welcome, I just want to know if the negative experience is the minority or the majority.
