Anti-Aliasing Fullscreen, but how??

How I can use the Fullscreen Anti-Aliasing like in OpenGl

I know that LWJGL has an ARBMultiSample.class, but in the Hehe Tutorial stand, that i`ve to make a window, then i must destroy it to greate the new “ARBWindow”,
but how i do it in java? With the Display Interface or directly with the ArbMultiSample.class ?

Or give it an other Option to Anti-Aliasing the Game with Polygones or QuadStrips or Triangles?

Please help me, i hate the Stairs by the Diagonals in my
game.

You have to deal with PixelFormat here. Take a look at the constructor’s parameter labeled “samples”.
