I would qualify, except I don’t have the rating. 
I have 2.5 stars, mostly because people are freaking stupid. I get a bunch of 1 star reviews saying “I have never heard of any of these absolutely free songs!” and “the app should support more songs!” even though it does if they would just read. My favorite is getting a 1 star review that says “this app is great, I love it!”. Freaking morons!

And the people are so nice.
Well, I may just have to start liking Google again. And to think, I’ve been accumulating all this bitterness and hatred since GDC2! Just got an email letting me know Google is giving me a Nexus One or Droid phone for placing in the top 200 of the GDC2. Yay!!!

Awesome marketing by Google! It costs them nearly nothing, and they gain serious goodwill among developers.
I hope Apple sends me an iPad for selling 600 copies of a game.

I really love the review I have that praises m,y game and ends: “5 Stars!!” And then the rating is a 4 (and it’s not because its been changed since - it was like that from the start). 
But the market really is filled with a lot of rampant negativity. I don’t mind 1 star ratings in particular (as I know my app is never going to be the type that is “popular”), but I do wish they would be a bit more literate than “sux” or at least indicative of the person rating it being able to read.

As far as I can tell, most phones to Europe have not yet been delivered. I know I am patiently waiting for one. There have been quite a few post on the android dev mailing list about people not having received them.
For me it is a bit annoying as I about to buy a nexus one and then the day before ordering it I get this email to say Google is giving me one. 7 weeks later and still waiting…
I got a Droid a few weeks ago. Hope you guys get yours soon. The wait for me was brutal and it has been a lot longer for you guys.
Why?
Because they are even more horrible to their developers. Because they are greedy bastards. Because their technology sucks.
