This is a simple zombie game that I have been working on for the past month or so.
This game is a fast paced 2-D shooter where the player must fight off hordes of the spawn, monsters from zombies to robots.
Players can save and load files to track their progress through the worlds, purchase a plethora of guns and player skins,
and earn achievements .
-There is a level system in place , with a range from 1 to 50. To buy more advanced guns and player skins, a higher level is needed. Their is a ~3 level jump for all weapons and skins until the next one is available to be purchased. When finished, every level will have an unlock in both categories.
Enemies!
Zombies , zombies with guns, robots, formless blobs, creepy things. We’ve got it all :P.
Controls
-A and D for movement
-Space for jump
-Aim with mouse
-Shoot with left mouse click
-Switch guns with Z
Stuff to Do/Fix
Currently, 1 out of the 5 worlds is playable.
I have been spending most of my time making the weaponry ,enemies, achievements ,etc. first so that creating more levels will be a quicker process that could be one in a day. This game is complete with lots of royalty free sound effects :
and two tracks of music, which is the reason why the download is 30 mB.
The current art on the player and most enemies is beta art, I’ll get around to making them better/higher-res later .
