I don’t know if any of you know this, but Adobe is giving away free downloads of photoshop CS2 on their site.

The installers & serials work, without requiring a private/existing serial.
Legally, it’s the same as a cracked copy.
Actually, it’s probably a lot more legal than a cracked copy, since it’s an official download / serial # and no mention of needing to be an existing owner. I doubt Adobe would have a legal leg to stand on. Quite a balls up by someone - or was it intentional? Hilarious either way! ;D

The GIMP and Paint.NET are pretty decent free alternatives these days. The GIMP became a lot more usable since they added the single window mode although I’d say Paint.NET is still a little better.
Thanks I’ll stick with my GIMP.
Although I can’t still find out how to turn grid guide to paintbucket limiter GAH!
Awe… and I was all excited to download it when i got home…
