About :
A Space To Bloom is a free 4X strategy game available on Windows and Linux where you will have to design your own buildings, use them to build your cities and colonize and battle to control the space.
The game allows you to build your own buildings with an integrated building editor or use any .obj model. With those building you can build your cities an colony on planets. You will have to go from planet to planet to expend your empire to exploit the resources of the planets but don’t forget that the resources are limited and will affect your economy. Moreover, when there will be no more planet to colonize, your only way to gain resources and wealth will be to become an imperialist and conquers the planets of the other empire. You can also create your own campaign with an editor. You can play alone or with friends and even cooperate by trades or playing the same player.

The game is currently in Beta 1.0.0, but a lot of assets will be added, patches and update will come and the game will stay free. The campaign and building editor will be improve, music, sound effect, campaign and features will be added, graphics will be improve as well, that’s for all those reasons I consider the game in beta.
The game is powered by LWJGL 2 and use Slick-Util for the text.
I can’t guarantee weekly update of the game, I only work on it during my free time but for each major update I will try to make a video on my youtube channel and for minor update I will post an article on facebook and my site. If you want to make a suggestion to improve the game, don’t hesitate to tell me, I would be glad to read it.
