3D Studio Max Model Loader

Hi!

I am trying to make a program that will have keyboardnavigation, mouselook, and so on. 8)
But i want the players have a model (of course),
and i want to have it in 3DSMax format.

Do someone know a good 3DSMax loader, which supports multiple animations and with the source code included?
