Anybody know a good FREE 3D modeling program? I tried Blender, but its a little too complicated

Wings3D is meant to be pretty good. You might also try Art of Illusion (its Java based :))

Could someone move this post to Tools Discussion?

Anim8or is ok-ish. You can create rather simple models pretty fast… however it’s over easy interface will get in the way of modeling fast (once you got better).
