I personally suggest a dropbox download, easier to update in my opinion.

Nice job so far; here are a few things you need to keep in mind further on in development:

  • Please make the controls less glitchy. I will try my best to explain:
You cannot change directions on one axis without fully releasing the key that you had pressed down first.
  • The thing with ongoing games like this is that it must remain fair; there must ALWAYS be a way to win. Otherwise it is just an unfair game, and your player will lose interest.
In this game, you are too slow! I see that you put effort into not entirely blocking the road so you can get in; that is good. But there are some situations where the speed is simply not enough. You simply cannot shift 2 lanes fast enough, and you die an unfair death.
  • The textures need to be a tad better; they just look a bit clunky.

I see potential in this game, so don’t quit!

Hi

I remind you that Mercedes-Benz is a registered trademark of Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany…

This, be careful with those images especially.

Although I can’t see a problem with using it in projects, I can not imagine that they would be very pleased if you made a successful game using there cars hehe.

Imagine GTA with the rights to use real car names? Suddenly every speed freak with a corsa will blame GTA when they crash and end up in court for wreckless driving.

Many thanks for replies, guys

Hope I will be able to post a new version soon

Keep at it man

Too cruel to die when my car’s one wheel goes off road.

What am I racing? Against time? Against distance? Why?

When I crash and game starts again, timer sometimes shows 1 minute, sometimes 3. What is the logic behind that?

The oncoming lane is unnecessary game element since there are so much traffic that you cannot drive on there.
