OtherOS was removed from the PS3 in 2010.

SHC Is referring to the core OS, not the “OtherOS” feature. It looks like it uses a modified version of OpenGL for graphics.
The video posted was originally very old and those devs specifically used and talked about otherOS

yeah anyway, that particular tech was based upon otherOS D:
for one the command line is a lot easier to use
cygwin64.
You forgot Haiku, an open source version of BeOS. It’s a multimedia desktop system and runs pretty fluid.
You find software for it on haikuware.com.
It uses PSGL which is close to OpenGL-ES 2.0 but it doesn’t fully follow the standard.
I found a new link - ReactOS. It’s fully binary compatible with windows NT.
