I must note that the rules state:
“The target JRE is 1.5 (Java 5) or lower”
I’m running JRE 1.5 as default runtime on my system, and ALL the 4K games executed without a problem, no “game errors”.
Appel that is true, but unless you’re doing something non-standard any game that runs on 1.5 should run on 1.6 as well.
I think this whole contest is about doing something non-standard 
congratz left4dead was the game i kept playing during my classes in school haha. Everyone did a great job. Expect an app from me next year
