I made mine and Jacobs, and its not noise -_- Its supposed to actually represent shadows. Also, you may have noticed that mine and Jacobs has a Vignette, so that may have confused you . No we don’t have a team, we’re not a cult, I made these avatars for me and Jacob. Then Apple decided to use the paint bucket… :emo: I disagree on the noise filter one, on pixel art, if used correctly could work… But on things that you want to look more… Modern, it kinda helps. Like with logo backdrops or outlined/schilouette stuff (I don’t know what to call them ). I think there’s a bit of origionality. I mean I made it to represent personality, like how I like hats and comb my hair to the side, and Jacob likes to be generic. I wasn’t trying to copy anyone, lol.
Why do you dis so many things Jev? You seem to dislike allot of things. (No disrespect, I just notice that almost all posts with a little ignorance you flip tables)
I meant the vignette was overlapping the image. So it may seem like noise in an eye-dropper tool. (Not sure if you were using that)
I put time and effort into that ‘art’. Also, in no way am I with that “group”. I’m changing my profile picture soon, don’t worry :cranky:
…Care to elaborate? I’ve seen allot of nice pixel art with noise. Sure its not for everything, but its good for art with no actual light source. Even then, it makes it look kinda dirty and not well done. I agree there.
My profile picture is everything. It is nothing. It encompasses the entirety of natures and the laws governing us. It is an elegant string bent and broken until it unravels into our universe. It is the beginning and the end. It is nothing.
Mine is a photo I took of the North America Nebula. It’s made up of 60 one-minute subframes, plus about another half hour of noise reduction and field correction data.
