For me it was very easy to propose my girlfriend because she was pregnant ;D At the time I was 22 too I think.
I’m the first one in three generations in my family for that not to be the reason.

Congrats! This is my 15th year being married and I have been with my wife for 21 years! Remember, marriage is what you make it. 15 years on and I couldn’t be happier.

That helps having faith in getting married then. Everybody is always saying that once you get married the troubles begin and it’s the beginning of the end. I never understood why. For my part I’ve been with same girl friend for more than 10 years but I don’t feel the urgency to get married but I’d like too.
