For the most part I’m impressed with the level of intelligence and expertise on these forums (yeah, I know, I’m a newbie), but reading this I am surprised at how easily an obvious troll got feathers ruffled and replies posted.
This started out as a good discussion, BBQ should just have been ignored, would have spared some time and a lot of OT noise…

If i was a moderator i’d lock this post or delete it. It isn’t contributing to the java gaming community and seen as the original poster was looking for 2D sprites u should put it in 2D Games.

I fully agree with you, a game is somewhat about it’s graphics, but only at first look. After you take it out of the case and really start playing it, it’s all about the story and it’s gameplay. Give me that and you have a good game in my openion. ;D
