First of all, im not a hipocrite, and i didnt say that you cant hate netbeans, i didnt even mention you, so why are you coming and attacking me personally?
If you dont like me, thats fine but dont come out in the open calling me a hipocrite.
And i dont like to code in eclipse, i just use it to build.I just dont like its interface.Though i know i can change with plugins.But i do prefer netbeans.
What i said, smarty one, is that both IDE’s work fine.Its just a matter of choice or what the guy up there said, your first IDE = love.

In my opinion, I think that when you’re first starting out with java, it is much easier/nicer to use BlueJ. Why? Because it forces you to learn the language. If your intent is to learn Java to say, take the AP Comp-Sci exam at your school, use BlueJ. But once you’ve learned most things about the language, then switch to whatever IDE you’re most comfortable with
Things like netbeans/eclipse are really useful for speedy development. But using them can make you pick up some nasty habits (without proper knowledge of Java) :x

Nobody needs to fight for the better IDE. just learn to use Eclipse and Netbeans and you will be fine.

What do you call that then? I’m calling you out because you started off by saying you hate Eclipse with all your hate. Then you said no one should hate on other IDEs. I could care less which one is better, because its your opinion and that is fine. But don’t be a hypocrite.

The fact that i dont like eclipse or hate it ( was a joke but doesnt matter ) doesnt mean that eclipse sucks.

I have friends who made exceptional programs on eclipse as i did in netbeans.
Therefore those two IDE’s arent a big factor in the outcome of the Project.
What i said was that we dont need to fight over which IDE is best, they all do their job (eclipse/netbeans/intelliJ).

Whether or not it was a joke is irrelevant, you said it so you have to own up to the fact that you sounded like a hypocrite.
Now, like I said above, I could care less what IDE you like. I just wanted to point out the flaw in your post, which is when you completely contradicted yourself. Maybe I shouldn’t have called you a hypocrite, but the past is the past and I cannot change it.
If you are going to say something on the internet, you have to realize you will always annoy someone. The key is not to fly off the handle like you do all the time. Neither of us are in the right here, but I just don’t understand why you feel the need to swear at me and call me a troll. Quite obviously I am not or else I would be banned from JGO.

I first mean that eclipse dont have such a large advantage over any other IDE that it makes others useless.Though i do like some advanced features that im unsure netbeans have.

I do hate eclipse interface.Its too much purple for me and i cant read the code properly.
But both IDE’s are good,in my opinion.PERIOD.

Though i like android cap in it and i do like its web capabilities as well.
